Getting started
These instructions assume you already have a working version of ATorrent installed. The public installation procedure is not final yet.
Add a magnet link
Section titled “Add a magnet link”- Copy the magnet link for the content you want to transfer.
- Open ATorrent and choose the option to add a transfer.
- Paste the link and confirm.
- Wait for the engine to retrieve metadata. The transfer's actual name will appear.
Import a .torrent file
Section titled “Import a .torrent file”Use the app's import option. File-picker and system-action integration varies by platform:
- Android: open the file and choose ATorrent, or import from within the app.
- macOS: file picker, opening from Finder, or drag and drop.
- iOS/iPadOS: find the file in Files and choose Open or Share with ATorrent.
Monitor progress
Section titled “Monitor progress”Check the name, status and download percentage in the transfer list. Depending on the version, speed, ETA, peers, seeds and tracker information may also appear.
Use Pause to stop a transfer and Resume to continue it. Before removing it, check the dialogue: some options may also delete associated files.
